The Madison County, AL social media sites serve as limitedpublicforums, and all content published therein is subject to monitoring and removal. However, the Madison County social media sites are not continuously monitored 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Madison County reserves the right to remove, in the County's sole discretion, inappropriate comments or posts if the content is off-subject or out of context, contains obscenity or sexual content, contains personal identifying information or sensitive personal information; contains offensive terms; is threatening, harassing, or discriminatory; incites or promotes violence or illegal activities; or contains information that reasonably could compromise individual or public safety. Material that is repeatedly posted, regardless of its content, such that it threatens to overwhelm Madison County's social media sites may be removed. The County reserves the right to ban followers or users from Madison County's social media sites for repeatedly making inappropriate comments or posts.
