Chairman Ronald "Rex" Vaughn, II

Rex Vaughn was appointed as Madison County Commission Chairman by Governor Kay Ivey on March 2, 2026.

Born and raised in Madison County, Vaughn is the longtime owner and operator of Vaughn Farms. 

A graduate of Sparkman High School, Vaughn received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Agriculture Education degrees from Auburn University in 1983 and 1985, respectively.
