The Madison County Purchasing Department procures a wide variety of commodities and services for Madison County offices and departments. The goal of the purchasing department is to ensure efficient use of taxpayer dollars, maximize quality, and to procure goods and services in accordance with all applicable State and Federal Laws.

All notifications of invitations to bid for goods, services, and public works projects will be sent via the Madison County Bidder Registration System. Vendors must be registered with the Madison County Bidder Registration System to receive notification of invitations to bid. Please click the link below to register.

Please note that all vendors must be enrolled in the E-Verify Program to participate in solicitations with Madison County. The Purchasing Warehouse inventories and distributes supplies to Madison County offices. This facility is approximately 10,000 square feet and houses large supply stock.
