Madison County offers the following additional benefits to eligible employees:

 Offered to employees for behavioral health-related problems through Behavioral Health Systems. Employee Assistance Program Employees will accrue sick and annual leave benefits after completion on their probationary period. Paid Leave Employees will receive paid time-off for approved holidays, bereavement leave, jury duty, witness duty, and visiting the employee clinic (employee visits only). Paid Time Off 

Mandatory confidential annual wellness screenings that are completed at work or with a participating pharmacy free of charge to employees enrolled in LGHIP. Annual Wellness Screenings Employee enrolled in LGHIP are eligible to participate in the LGHIP Tobacco Cessation Program and Physician Supervised Weight Management Program. Wellness Programs Qualified tuition program that allows employees to make post-tax payroll deductions to a 529 Fund for payment towards qualified education expenses. CollegeCounts 

An LGHIP provided benefit for phone or video consultations with U.S. board-certified doctors and pediatricians at no additional cost to the employee. Teladoc Offered to employees to help expecting mothers and their babies receive the best possible healthcare during pregnancy with reduced hospital costs. Baby YourselfOffered to help provide income for employees who have medical problems with themselves or family, and are not eligible for any other forms of assistance (subject to approval).
